PT Aesendia Infini Indonesia, a leading and fast-growing distributor of premium aesthetic devices in Indonesia, is looking for an Event & Public Relations Specialist to join our innovative, dynamic team. You'll own our events from first idea to final guest, and shape how media, partners and communities see Aesendia.
What you'll do
- Plan and run exhibitions, product launches, promotions and other customer events end to end, both online and offline.
- Develop and execute a communication strategy that strengthens our brand across online and offline channels.
- Organize and coordinate public relations and media relations activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and communities, and evaluate collaborations with media, KOLs, influencers and communities.
- Work across teams to create and run effective product promotion and advertising campaigns.
- Monitor content across social media, email and the company website, and recommend improvements.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role such as public relations, event management or partnerships. A beauty or healthcare background is highly preferred.
- Experience running beauty events or exhibitions is a plus.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Well-groomed, with a professional, confident and engaging presence.
- Strong networking skills.
- Highly proactive and creative.
