At PT Aesendia Infini Indonesia, we're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead impactful campaigns, build meaningful partnerships and elevate premium brand experiences for one of Indonesia's fast-growing distributors of aesthetic medical devices.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement corporate and marketing communication strategies that support company goals, brand positioning and growth.
- Lead, manage and develop the Marketing Communication & Public Relations team.
- Oversee campaigns end to end across digital and offline channels: social media, website, email, events, exhibitions and promotional materials.
- Make sure all marketing activities follow company standards, brand guidelines and applicable regulations.
- Measure campaign performance through analytics, ROI and customer insights, and keep the marketing budget under control.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, KOLs, customers, clinics, doctors and other partners.
- Research the market and competitors to spot trends, customer needs and business opportunities.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials and communication tools.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in marketing communication, branding or a related field, ideally in the aesthetic or pharmaceutical industry.
- 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Experience running integrated marketing campaigns, digital marketing and brand management.
- A strong understanding of platform formats and content performance metrics.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities, both independently and within a distributed team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust-based relationships.
- Well-groomed, with a professional, confident and engaging presence.
- Willing to travel within Indonesia and abroad.
- Fluent in English.
