Senior Social Media & Content Strategist

At PT Aesendia Infini Indonesia, we're looking for a Senior Social Media & Content Strategist to own the digital voice of an assigned brand, from content strategy and creative direction to campaigns and performance analysis.
What you'll do
- Brand ownership: own all communication and digital activity for your assigned brand.
- Content strategy & planning: develop content strategies, content pillars and monthly content plans.
- Creative direction: write creative briefs and guide content production with the Creative Team.
- Social media management: make sure all social media content runs to plan and on brand.
- Campaign management: plan and oversee campaigns from concept through execution.
- Performance analysis: monitor and analyze the performance of social media, content, KOLs, ads and campaigns.
- Optimization: turn data, insights and campaign learnings into clear recommendations and improvements.
What we're looking for
- At least 4 years of social media marketing experience, ideally in the beauty, luxury or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communication or a related field.
- A strong visual eye and a feel for content trends.
- Strong skills in social media management, ads, SEO and digital analytics.
- Excellent project management, attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to balance creative vision with business goals.
- Fun, energetic, communicative and quick to catch new trends.
- Proactive, creative, results-driven and a true team player.
